management, increasing jobs in various areas of activity, employment and so on. By 
the way, in comparison with 2015, the employment rate increased in 2017 almost in all 
industry and other spheres of economic activity [37, p. 37], starting with 1,6% in 
transport engineering, 3,6% in furniture and repairs of machinery and equipment, and 
ending with 12,3% growth in the pharmaceutical industry, 23,5% - in the field of air 
transportation. However, the population has hardly felt these social gains, because the 
main efficiency for it is connected with the growth of family income.

is emphasized not only by politicians and politicians, but also by ordinary citizens, 
because it destroys barriers between the conflicting parties, allows the exchange of 
information, in order to identify problematic issues, methods of their evaluation and 
extent of distribution, makes it possible to understand their nature and find the 
necessary levers to avoid them.
