to strategic goals of economic development;
- The third stage (the end of the 80's) is characterized by the development of the
concept of social investment and the joint cooperation of the commercial, non-profit
and public sectors to address the relevant socially important problems of the local
community.
Based on the research conducted, it is possible to identify the stages of
development of social responsibility in Ukrainian society:
- the first stage (approximately 1991-1996) can be described as "unconscious
social obstruction", that is, forced by the exclusion of all social standards and norms,
the lion's share of participants in economic activity is in the "shadow". The leaders of
regions and enterprises face the main task of "surviving" in a crisis and hyperinflation.
At that time, no one heard of such a concept as social responsibility, even legally
established social norms were violated; total violation of the law was manifested by
ordinary citizens;
- the second stage (approximately 1997-2005) - the development of traditional
philanthropy and philanthropy. This is analogous to the first stage of the global
development of social responsibility, but due to the accumulated international
experience, it proceeds a bit faster. This is also facilitated by international projects that
have been operating in Ukraine since 2000 and address the issue of developing social
responsibility;
- The third stage (from 2006 to the present) is analogous to the second stage of
the global development of social responsibility: a review of regional development
strategies begins: social responsibility becomes part of the strategic planning of the
activities of individual companies. Unfortunately, the process of implementation of
socially responsible activities was delayed by the global crisis of 2008-2009, most of
the participants in economic activity returned to a lower level, and only with the onset
of economic "thaw" in 2010, social activity is again considered as an integral part of
life organizations and territorial associations. The events that took place in Ukraine in
2014 have shown the lack of effective social dialogue, and thus proactive social
responsibility among members of society, which in some regions returns to the early
stages, when it is necessary to start from the very beginning, building a new social
dialogue and returning mutual social responsibility of the authorities, business and
community.
Solving of priority tasks for elimination of conflict situations. It is especially
important for surveys or information exchange to take into account comments that
highlight the benefits and priorities that accentuate in society. It is these moments that
should be taken as a basis and subjected to further improvement, elimination, if they
cause the greatest controversy, or show strategists that the chosen moves are the most
successful. In order to effectively deal with this work, you can create a map that clearly
