the basis of the emergence of any conflict is the denial of previous relations between
the parties, contributing to the creation of new conditions, the conflict simultaneously
performs an adaptive function. Positive consequences of a conflict for an individual
may also consist in the fact that by its solution internal tension can be eliminated.
The positive function of conflicts is that they often serve as an expression of
satisfaction or protest, informing the conflicting parties about their interests and needs.
In certain situations, when negative relationships between people are controlled, and
one of the parties defends not only personal but also organizational interests in general.
Consequently, conflicts help to unite others, mobilize the will, the mind to solve crucial
issues, improve the psychological climate in the team.
Summing up the study, it can be argued that:
1. Historical experience of transformations in most countries of the world has
shown that any transformation processes lead to a change in the way of life, the political
system of the country and destroys the fate of the majority of the population of the
living world
2. Transformation processes in Ukraine and its regions will only be extended on
the basis of the requirements of democracy in the world and European countries and
the wishes of Ukrainian society to join the EU and NATO standards.
3. All existing Western transformation models are rather conditional, and their
use in its pure form for any country should take into account historical, political,
cultural traditions and socio-economic trends and conflict situations that have
developed at the present stage of their implementation.
4. Transformation processes in a particular society are special states that have their
own tendencies, structure, regulatory methods and developmental mechanisms, which
require their specific incentives, motivations, and a certain direction of action.
5. A generalized system of indicators for diagnosing welfare of a population
taking into account the multilevel welfare measurement includes a set of factors
influencing which changes the level of welfare of the population.
6. Multi-level measurement of the welfare of the population promotes obtaining
the integral information on the state and problems of socio-economic development of
the territories, the solution of which will ensure the improvement of the activities of
state administration bodies at the state, regional and local levels, will increase their role
in addressing the issues of life support of the population of the territories;
7. In order to increase the well-being of the population at any level of the
administrative-territorial division of the state, it is necessary to determine the growth
vectors, which should be aimed at mobilizing and concentrating all possible resources
for the implementation of tasks related to the reform of the economy, the development
of economic potential and the achievement of European standards of living.
8. Reforming housing and communal services by creating social amenities for the
