study and interpretation of its manifestations at local, national and world levels. The
proposed vectors will provide an opportunity to formulate a strategy for the
development of territories. Further author research will be devoted to this issue.
In addition, the direction of further research will be directed to the development
or transformation of methods for regulating socio-economic conflicts in the context of
a hybrid war in the East of Ukraine. Typical research is already in place in one country,
but we are interested in solving this phenomenon as an opportunity to find a certain
harmonization of similar scientific studies or mutually accepted criticism from
domestic and foreign experts on this issue. Our goal is to create heterogeneity of vision
and to find solutions to similar problems in societies. However, one should not be
surprised that our views may be dissonant with the already described and identified
methods for resolving tensions. But we believe that each new author's view will
contribute to the improvement and transformation of existing methods of solving socio-
economic conflicts.
Further prolongation of research into the processes of socioeconomic
transformation and emerging exclusion is due to the constant influence of factors of
growth or decrease of well-being and improvement of the population.
