cannot be rapid, and the path to success is controversial since the loss of intellectual
property rights (that in future could be resold or used for its own purposes) is not the
best solution. But gaining experience and entering new markets prove the effectiveness
of such strategic actions. Consequently, implementation of the breakthrough strategy
at TOV NPF “Grace Engineering LTD” can be considered successful, despite some
disadvantages. Summarizing this experience, we note that the main results of venture
strategy implementation were:
-
gaining experience in venture activities;
-
obtaining partial financial and non-financial results (development of
infrastructure connections, providing orders for a limited time, creating new
workplaces, etc.);
-
absence of stable operation of the enterprise on a prospective basis due to venture
activity.
