organizational insight - the subtle psychic selectivity, the ability to understand another
person, get into his inner world, to find a place for each person, depending on individual
characteristics; the ability to actively psychologically act - the variety of means of
influence on people depending on individual qualities and situation; propensity for
organizing work and the need to take responsibility.
According to the analysis of scientific literature on leadership issues [2, 4, 5, 6, 7,
9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 21] there is no “universal” set of leadership qualities for every
occasion. The followers are not influenced by quality, but by the deeds and actions of
the leader, while the same activities different leaders can equally effectively carry out
in different ways, according to their individual characteristics and advantages. It can
be argued that the success of an individual's formation as a leader depends on his ability
to demonstrate the required qualities (including skills, abilities) in appropriate
situations [20].
As for the views of Meneghetti, he argues that a person has already got a leader's
destiny at birth. However, in order to become a leader, it is necessary to reach a certain
level of culture, education, professionalism, life experience, internal maturity. At the
core of this is the constant work on oneself, the development of one’s own potential.
The scientist emphasizes that a leader cannot be created, because he creates himself
[13].
Followers of the synthetic (or complex) theory of leadership argue that leadership
is the process of organizing interpersonal relationships, and the leader is the subject of
management of this process; consequently, leadership is a function of a group, and it
is necessary to study it taking into account group goals and objectives [16].
Thus, considering the essence of leadership from this approach, it is necessary to
investigate whether there is a problem of lack of communication and the formation of
leadership qualities for students who study at home.
For this purpose, a survey was conducted of 350 parents of children-
homeschoolers on the following question: "Does a family education form satisfy you?".
The following results were obtained (Figure 3): 76% of parents are satisfied with this
form of education organization.
