MIGRATION PROCESSES OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Introduction. The current development of the economy is associated with
changes in society as a whole and with the gradual transition of society to the
informational type. The essence of the information revolution is reduced to the need
for the transformation of educational technologies, which is the direct productive force
of human ability to generate new knowledge. Modern Ukrainian youth are actively
implementing themselves in other countries, because they are not afraid of change,
young people are completely open for reform. In addition, in Ukraine, the tendency of
increasing the irrecoverable departure abroad of young specialists, graduates of higher
educational institutions and senior students is more clearly observed. The desire to
search for the best life is popular among a significant part of the youth. Thus, there is
a need to develop an effective state policy to attract young professionals, as the problem
of youth, unemployment generates a number of social threats to society as a whole.
The issue of the youth labor market has been repeatedly addressed in leading Ukrainian
and foreign publications. The researches of such scientists as Batyuk A.A., Bondarenko
D.P., Grishnov O.A., Kravchenko V.L., Libanova E.M., Samartseva A.E., Semenova
D.A., Sichova V.V., Statovka N.V., who study general employment issues; functioning
of the youth labor market; specificity of youth unemployment in the market economy
of the national economy [8-11]. However, the globalization of the modern world brings
new challenges to the socio-economic policy of the country. Important role in
balancing the modern youth labor market is played by foreign economic factors that
require additional research. The impact of modern migration processes on the
international youth labor market is not sufficiently studied, therefore, our research
needs. Accordingly, the purpose of this work is generalization of social and economic
factors that determine the nature of migration processes in Ukraine and the
development of approaches to their state regulation.
Exposition of basic material. Modern international migration of the population
is a multifaceted phenomenon that affects all aspects of the development of society,
economy or politics, demographic processes or national relations, ideology or religion.
