mutual assistance (cooperation, cooperation). Parents of children-homeschoolers,
tutors and coaches may be involved in the functioning of time banks, offering their
services to students and receiving relevant services from other participants. This is
especially important in the market of family education, where senior students can
themselves teach younger people. The conducted research shows a significant interest
from junior pupils to opportunity of being taught computer science, mathematics, the
basics of chemistry and physics and other by high school students.
CONCLUSION
Today in the world there are informational, social and other changes that raise the
education to a new level and require adequate changes in the system of its organization,
therefore, mankind should be prepared to teach the "Internet Society". Changing the
priorities of present presupposes a person as the main value of life and demands from
a modern educational system a new approach, based on democratic principles and
principles of personally oriented interaction. Personally oriented education proceeds
from the self-worth of the personality, its spirituality, and its purpose is to form a person
as a unique personality, the creator of himself and his circumstances, that means the
formation of a true leader. The personal approach defines recognition of the child as
an active subject of the educational process and is an individual approach to a person.
This approach is best implemented through family education, since the family itself is
the necessary link in which the outlook of a person is formed and its spirituality is born.
Nowadays, family education gets more and more development around the world,
but in modern science, in particular in scientific works on economics and sociology,
family education is practically not considered.
Thus, in order to form pupils’ leadership skills in conditions of family education,
it would be advisable to create time banks, to take into account the individual
psychological characteristics of students, to develop motivation and responsibility, to
actively engage in social and volunteer projects, and to create a developing personality-
oriented environment in the training form.
