technological innovations. That is why it should be considered as the main factor and
purpose of forming a model of the future of Ukrainian society. From the content of the
quality of all forms of youth life directly depends on the development of society. Young
people not only inherit productive forces, capital from the older generation, but also

CONCLUSION
Coordination of the development of tools for managing migration flows and
coherence of policies of different countries is an important component of the
functioning of the international integration space. Within the framework of cooperation
of states in this area, an effective method is to create institutional and financial
mechanisms for implementing joint measures to implement migration policy. Today,
the most important task for Ukraine is to create conditions for self-development and
self-realization of young people, attracting it to social processes. The government's
introduction of an effective mechanism to increase the access of young people to
quality education and the labor market, the full-fledged education of young people,
certain higher or secondary professional education, independent living in society and
the provision of a first job should be key to this. Thus, an integrated approach is needed
to address the issues of increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian youth at the
international level.
