Competitive advantages in investing in advanced training can be: expected

It is also necessary to take into account the time division of the benefits of the
advanced training, as the effect can last all the working life, since the use of new
knowledge in the work.
Taking into account the aforementioned, qualification improvement is an
important part of the professional development of the personnel. In fig. 14 presented a
