approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of “investment investor” and
to substantiate the position of the authors to specify the distinctive features and
composition of the representatives of institutional investors. Results. On the basis of
the research the author's vision of the concept “institutional investor” has been formed,
distinctive features of this type of investors are singled out as a special type of financial
intermediaries in the financial market, the essence of the concept of the “institutional
investor” is separated from the general notion “financial intermediary”, the features of
the development of the institutional investors in the domestic financial market.
Conclusion. The essence and role of the institutional investors who should be the main
accumulator of the financial resources of the population in the financial market, and
also must fulfill their social function before the population and the state in order to
increase their level of prosperity and competitiveness are generalized.
The fourth section “ECONOMIC CULTURE OF PROFESSIONALSʼ SELF-
REALIZATION”. The article presents the results of a study into the general theoretical
and practical problems of the formation of future professional's economic culture. The
authors analyze the economic culture concepts, principles, functions, criteria and
factors and discusses the ways of development of students' economic culture.
Economic culture is considered as a characteristic of economic relations and a regulator
of economic behavior. Entrepreneurship and market-based labor motivation promote
economic culture, which contributes to the development of the Ukrainian economy as
a socially oriented economy.
The fifth section “CREATIVITY IMPERATIVE FOR GLOBAL
MANAGEMENT”. The preconditions and factors of the formation of global
management and its basic characteristics according to the determined criteria are
studied. The innovative imperative of global competitive leadership is substantiated.
The essential content of the concepts of creativity, creative activity and creative
education is identified and analyzed. The logical scheme of creative management
analysis is proposed, its distinctive and common features with innovative management
are indicated. The results of empirical studies of the potential of perception of creative
type managers in Ukrainian companies and branches of foreign companies and joint
ventures are presented. The directions and extent of distribution of innovation creative
thinking and behavior in international corporate management are outlined.
The sixth section “BUSINESS ANALYTICAL AND ESTIMATION OF THE
STATE OF THE INTERNAL MARKET OF GOODS”. The paper examines the state
of the domestic market goods of Ukrainian, based on methodological approaches to
assessing the state of the domestic market. The distribution of coefficients of change
of individual indices of the internal market of goods with the account of information
orientation of indicators is substantiated. The group of coefficients was substantiated
