are in great demand. While making choice, the consumer, who gives preference to these
food products, takes into account not only price and aesthetic appeal of packing, but
also quality. The results of the study of the quality of organic oat flakes of Ukrainian
production, which was made taking into account the organoleptic indicators using the
score scale, proved that the oat flakes are of excellent quality. The difference in the
intensity of taste and aroma of studied samples is probably associated with the use of
different manufacturing technologies. Therefore, producers of organic oat flakes pay
considerable attention to the quality of products, which is a good advertisement and
promotes the popularity of organic food in Ukraine.

ORGANISATION IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS”. The
article is devoted to the consideration of the role of civil society organization in a
context of sustainable development. The peculiarities of the CSOs interaction with the
government, business and international organizations were investigated. The authors
analyzed the influence of civil society organization on global governance. The basic
factors of the CSOs interaction with international institutions and the main strategies
of the CSOs influence are determined.

of international investment projects of public-private partnership in the context of social
orientation economies identified the benefits and risks outlined approaches to develop
models of international investment projects of public-private partnership. It is proved
that gaining an effective investment leverage for socio-economic prosperity of the
countries and solving environmental problems within the framework of sustainable
development strategies allows for the creation of PPP projects.
The eighteenth section “INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INVESTMENT
ACTIVITY OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS (TNC)”. The article is
devoted to the problems related to the innovative and technological factors of
international investment of TNCs that exist and are the main drivers of the
transformation of investment directions of TNCs in the direction of introduction of
innovative methods of conducting economic activity of enterprises in any country of
the world. It also reveals the main impact of these factors on the entire complex of TNC
enterprises. The possibilities of TNCs in the global environment within the framework
of knowledge economy and observance of the concept of sustainable development are
studied. Examples of TNCs that are developing their innovative potential are being
presented to the discharges of highly-developed corporations.
