trade structure of economic relations between Ukraine and France are analyzed. The
economic component of the strategic partnership between Ukraine and France is
assessed. It is concluded that the brand is an identifier of the level of parity of the
economic component of the strategic partnership between the countries and can
therefore be used as a tool for assessing the equivalence of strategic partnership in the
economic sector. It has been established that the national economy of Ukraine needs to
increase its technical and technological level to the level of France as a desirable
strategic partner that will ensure its competitiveness on the world market of goods and
services, economic, political independence and security of the country.
The twenty fifths section “THE MOVEMENT OF UKRAINE TO THE SOCIAL
MARKET ECONOMY AND THE PLACE OF ECONOMIC REGULATION AT
THE MODERN STAGE OF COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT”. The article defines the
role of economic regulation in directing the actions of economic entities on the right
track, forming the appropriate economic order. The emphasis is on the innovative
mechanism as a determinant of effective market regulation in order to ensure the
competitiveness of production as an important socioeconomic system. The theory of
the views evolution on the subject of economic science is grounded theoretically and
the place of Ukraine is identified as being at the turn of institutionalism and
neoclassical synthesis and requires the further development of state regulation
institutes. Transaction costs are included in the concept of compensatory, that is, the
reduction of the negative impact of ineffective state regulation, as today in Ukraine,
interference is quite significant in the economic processes of clan-oligarchic groups,
prosecutors, administrations. The study concluded that effective economic regulation
would contribute to a more rapid advancement of the country towards a social market
economy.
