on 1 metric quintal of milk, is UAH 25.72 higher in farms with a traditional system of
technologies (Table 10). Due to the introduction of elements of innovative technologies
for keeping, feeding and using cows, the conversion of feed significantly increased and
their costs decreased. Increasing the burden per employee of dairy complexes made it
possible to save expenses on labor by 16 p.p.

*Industrial dairy complexes and farms with elements of implemented innovative technological
solutions.
Source: own author calculations on the basis of data from the form 50-year "Report on the main
economic indicators of agricultural enterprises" for 2016 (19 breeding stock-rearing farm of Ukraine).
The introduction of the latest innovative technological solutions for the industrial
production of milk provided an increase in milk revenues through increased
productivity of cows and increased prices for product sales, given its high quality. In
terms of 1 ts of sold milk, the profit of industrial complexes 2.3 times exceeded the
result in traditional production, and profitability increased from 17.4 to 48.2% (Table
10).
In terms of one cow kept in the studied herds, with an increase in the level of
technical and technological equipment of the enterprises of the dairy industry, the
production costs were reduced by UAH 1356.55, net income and profit from milk sales
were increased by UAH 4654.55 and UAH 6011.10 respectively (Table 9).
