characteristics of phenomena, processes and objects, determine the specifics of
behavioral activities in the process of socio-economic activity of the enterprise and
allow the formation of sustainable models of collective behavior of stakeholders who
have different interests. The system of values of the enterprise as their hierarchically
ordered set is formed on reconfigured on the basis of value orientations. In
psychological sciences, the latter are regarded as an important component of the
individual or group worldview that determine their aspiration. In an economic context,
value orientations are viewed through the prism of the regulators of the functioning
and development of the enterprise, which creates the prerequisites for reconciling the
goals of its activities with the established hierarchy of value systems. Valuable
orientations represent a wide range of value relationships and, accordingly, have their
manifestation not in the selective-priority attitude to certain phenomena and objects,
but to their totality. They are distinguished from orientations, first of all, by the level
of generalization of the object of disposition. Valuable orientations determine the
formation of goals, ideals, principles, beliefs. They are not realized in the activity
directly, but their manifestation is in the verbalized programs and the real model of
behavior.
