The educational component of creativity deserves particular attention, because it
is education that lays the potential for success in the further professional activity of a
specialist, forms a set of necessary knowledge and skills, professional guidance,
readiness for certain types of activities, etc. Creative education should be focused on
development of creative abilities of a person, consolidation in his/her future
professional consciousness of the guideline for innovation with the appropriate
analytical variability. In this sense, creative education is an alternative to reproductive
education with a predominance of “knowledge of experience”, regulatory directions
and guidelines. In terms of managerial profession, creative education should ensure
establishment and development of artistic component of management that is born and
manifested only under certain circumstances and conditions, when the range of vision
of development problems and designing options for their solution broadens
fundamentally. This approach requires development and implementation of essentially
different from traditional educational models and programs that can train a modern
manager for successful activity in a highly competitive environment with unexpected
changes in the economic situation due to the unprecedented acceleration of
technological progress, time constraint, and complication of social psychological
structure of economic behavior of a modern person, a fundamental change in lifestyle
influenced by urbanization, informatization, etc.
It should be remembered that with the multi-criteria characteristics of universal
prerequisites and manifestations of creativity, each person may have a peculiar
individual type (style) of creative thinking. According to A. Rowe’s classification, the
following types of creative thinking are distinguished: intuitive (operates background
experience in decision-making and focuses on results with faith in people as individuals
with creative potential to be unlocked); innovative (focuses on problems and facts,
carrying out precise experiments, full immersion in work); figurative (inherent in
creative people, with exalted feelings, leadership potential); inspired (inherent in
people who embody social changes, devoting themselves to the cause entirely) [2].
Te appropriate qualities of a manager – a formal or informal leader – have
paramount importance for establishment and implementation of the principles of
creative management in the organization. Those who achieve significant breakthrough
success, as a rule, are endowed with special features and abilities of leaders and
charismatic personalities. As the problem of obviously interdisciplinary character
(politics, sociology, philosophy, religion), charismatics has an increasingly meaningful
influence on approval of managerial decisions in economics and business, especially
in extraordinary, e.g. deeply crisis conditions of running organizations [9, 16, 21].
In modern global business, creative leadership of top management becomes
almost a must-have factor in strategic success. It applies to virtually all branches and
spheres of business activities and key employees of organization. There are many well-
