employees leave Microsoft, it will go bankrupt.
Recently, the tendency of “rejuvenation” of leaders of the most creative global IT
business can be considered objective. Thus, the list of 5 most successful young
businessmen includes: Matt Mullenweg (USA, 24 years old), the creator of WordPress,
one of the most popular free blogging services, and the company Automattic, which
in particular developed a known Akismet program to combat spam; Mark Zuckerberg
(USA, 23 years old), the founder of the largest social network Facebook and the
youngest billionaire in the world; Ashley Kvols (USA, 16 years old), who at 15
launched the Whaleverlife.com website, which traffic now exceeds the popular
Seventeen, Teen Vogue and CosmoGirl taken all together several times; Sukhas
Hopinat (India, 22 years old), the founder of Globals Inc with 600 staff and offices in
11 countries worldwide, who at 14 was among the youngest entrepreneurs in the
Guinness Book of Records; Chad Hurley (USA, 31 years old), YouTube video service
developer [1]. In addition, here we also mention the obvious leadership of the USA.
Instead, the lion’s share of assets of the richest people in Ukraine is concentrated in the
raw materials industries (metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and power industry)
and in financial institutions servicing them.
In the context of development of creative management during evaluation of
factors and parameters of creativity of the individual creative achievements are
considered taking into account life experience and individual qualities and peculiarities
of creative personality. The key factor is analysis of the potential of creative thinking
and its products, which includes: flexibility of thinking, non-standard, constructive
problem solving, originality, ingenuity, sensitivity to problems, clearness of thinking,
etc. American economist R. Florida distinguished individuality, professionalism,
diversity, openness, independence in decision-making as the basic values of creative
employees [22, p. 90]. Similar opinion is shared by N. B. Kuznetsova, who refers high
professional competence, independence, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, activity,
creativity, innovation, originality in labor, ability to bring an innovative idea to
implementation, persistence, ability to perform labor functions at the level of
international standards, high adaptability, and high level of culture to innovative traits
[13, с. 116].
In this context, there is a creativity test based on a set of techniques for studying
and evaluating creative abilities of a person and ability to implement them in practice
since the indicators of creativity may not directly correspond to the indicators of
intelligence. The creativity tests are based on the diagnostics of many parameters
characterizing the ability to produce new ideas, generate, solve unconventional or
