of post-industrialism is to combine both traditional goals – values (profit and efficiency)
and eternal ones (love, honor, justice), and the priority factors of the sustainable
development of the organization in the XXI century are the ability to learn and create,
develop talents and intelligence, innovation programs and actions.

In general, in the global economy, corporate success in innovation activity is
achieved when its management has not only general management and narrow-profile
knowledge in a certain scientific and technological area, but also:

knowledge of the main models of human resources management of
multinational corporations;

skills to use tools of attraction, selection, motivation, training and promotion
of specialists and managers;
✓
skills in development and implementation of personnel solutions that enhance
competitiveness of human capital of corporations;
✓
ability to use effective techniques for managing individual performance and
team work of personnel to increase the innovation potential of international companies
and make changes according to the requirements of the global environment.
Under such conditions, it becomes obvious that new models and techniques of
business education should be developed, in particular, in such disciplines as self-
improvement, intellectual models, forming a common vision of the future, team
