Therefore, the corporations capable of continuous generation of product,

segments of the global economy. Developing network organizational structures,
implementing effective forms of investment interaction, they capitalize the most
profitable markets, form a new philosophy and culture of global management, when
leadership motivation began to prevail along with cost optimization and profitability.
It is important to understand the priority of innovation imperatives in the corporate
management system to achieve and maintain their global leadership in a new
knowledge economy.
In the context of the latest of business economy innovation and intellectualization
trends, the human factor in the management of global corporations characterized by
qualitative transformations in organization, functional composition and management
approach deserves special attention and in-depth research.
