The majority of indicators for assessing the regulatory impact of the state saw an
increase in normalized values, which indicates an improvement in the state's influence
on the state of the domestic market of goods. The partial indicator for assessing the
regulatory impact of the state is shown in Figure 10.

As can be seen from Figure 10, the state of the domestic market of goods in terms
of assessing the regulatory impact of the state has significantly improved and can be
characterized as perfect in 2017 compared with the transition in 2008.
