THE MODERN ROLE OF CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANISATION IN
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS
Introduction. The creation of socially oriented economies for sustainable
development provides a balanced development, increases the comfort of life and, as a
result, forms the basis for gaining a high competitive status of the countries, increasing
their investment attractiveness, successful development of production and the economy
as a whole. Sustainable development raises the question of the purpose of the existence
of human and society, requires a revision of the relationship between human and
nature, as well as social justice and equality.
Within the framework of the global sustainable development goals, multilateral
partnership between governments, business, civil society organization, the United
Nations and other actors on the global market is promoted. The reason is mobilizing
and sharing knowledge, experience, technology and financial resources in all countries,
and especially in developing countries. That is why the study of the place and role of
civil society organization (CSOs) is extremely important in understanding the modern
vector of sustainable development world.
An analysis of recent research and publications suggests that the study of the place
and role of civil society organization in the context of global development has been
diversified and widely disseminated among both domestic and foreign scientists.
The fundamental foundation for this issue was the in-depth study and synthesis of
scientific works by K.P. Zabuga, I.O. Titara and A.V. Karnaukhova, R. Beckers and
D. Verkaik, F. Dess, J. Creienkamp, L. M. Salamon and GK Anheyer, R. Sims, M.
Hoff, P. Ramder, K.M. Moderators who have contributed to the study of the civil
society organizations impact.
Fundamental aspects of sustainable development of the economy were reflected
in the works by M. Zgurovsky, H. Lampert, S. Lindenberg, M. Porter, S. Pohielayen,
G. Slezinger, and others.
At the same time, the critical evaluation of the activities of civil society
organizations shows the lack of activity of their practice in the creation of socially-
oriented economies. This revealed the need to define the impact points of such
