organizations and actualized the issue of their new role in the format of global goals of
sustainable development. This resulted in the choice of the theme of this article, setting
its goals and objectives.
Thus, the purpose of the paper is to analyze the interaction of civil society
organization with the main actors on the global market and an attempt to determine the
place and role of CSOs in a sustainable development.
The main research material. The paradigm of social development has become
a paradigm of sustainable development, which should be understood not only in the
context of changes in human relations and nature in order to expand the opportunities
for economic growth, but as a coordinated global strategy for the survival of humanity,
focused on the conservation and restoration of natural communities on the scale
necessary to return to the limits. economic capacity of the biosphere [1].
The concept of sustainable development is becoming widespread as one of the
leading global problems of humanity, which has an interdisciplinary character, and is
considered in many aspects and perspectives. It covers at least two most important
ideas:

Firstly, development involves solving a range of economic, social and
environmental problems. Development will be sustainable only when a balance
between the various factors is reached. It determines the overall standard of living;

Secondly, the present generation has the duty to provide future generations
with sufficient supplies of social, natural and economic resources so that they can
provide for themselves a level of well-being that is not lower than the one we have
now.
This concept puts the fundamental task of combining dynamic economic
development with the provision of equal opportunities for each member of society
through increased resource efficiency and the elimination of the relationship between
economic growth and environmental pollution [1]. In this context, the role of civil
society organization should be significant.
It should be noted that the economic significance of civil society organization as
providers of medical, social, educational and cultural services has increased in most
developed market economies. However, one should agree with arguments for
"blurring" the role of civil society, which were mentioned in the World Economic
Forum (WEF) report "Future role of civil society". It means that no participant in the
global market can solve the main problems on their own, but only through the
establishment of partnerships between CSOs, governments, TNCs and international
organizations [2, p. 9].
According to domestic scientists, the current state of the globalized world
economy, which is determined by new challenges and threats, necessitates the
introduction of new strategic development models of the state and municipal
