Laos. It should be noted that Laos seeks to complete the development of the National 
Land Planning Master Plan and land allotment in 18 provinces, 92 districts and 3,455 
villages throughout the country [1].

with the help of IT systems (land certificates, land lease and concessions, land 
registration, information about the estimated cost of land) in order to comply with legal 
land rights, resolve land disputes and increase revenues from land use.
