institutes, universities, the possibility of modernization of the industrial park and
attraction of investments; development of strategies and action planning for the future
perspective concerning the investment of TNCs.
It should be emphasized that even in 2017 there are programs for attracting
investment in the framework of cooperation between two or more countries, which
means the desire of countries to learn from each other [6]. For example, Ethiopia
developed a Transformation and Development Plan for the period 2010-2020, which
envisages the transition from a predominantly agrarian sector to an industrial one. In
accordance with this Plan, Ethiopia has three priority sectors, namely: food and
processing industry; manufacture of leather and leather products; textile industry and
clothing manufacturing. For investors, these industries would be profitable, especially
as far as the African market is concerned. Even in Ethiopia it is possible to invest in
such industrial projects as: Integrated industrial park; Modjo Leather City; a cluster
specializing in textiles and leather products; livestock breeding.
