Table 1 presents a consistency of logical generalization and comparison of
"green" growth scenarios at the global level and researches on the effectiveness of
transformational changes conducted in Ukraine.
Transfer of environmentally sound goods to the sectoral level allows to define
priority types of economic activities, which inter-sectoral linkages should also be taken
into account when developing a "green" economic model in Ukraine, namely:
governance; professional, scientific and technical activities; manufacture of machinery
and equipment; manufacture of computers, electronic and optical products and others.
The model of "green" economy should also be aimed at continuous reproduction
of environmental innovation cycles, including scientific research and development,
creation of industrial innovation designs, industrial, technical and economic
implementation in production.
These approaches create objective conditions for the transition from the existing
"green" growth paradigm of separate sectors to the transformational changes based on
obtaining a positive synergy from intra- and inter-sectoral linkages on different levels
