of the economic system. The model of "green" economy in Ukraine should be based
on "green" value chains of goods and services to ensure environmentally focused
transformation of movement directions of material and energy flows in the sectoral
structure of the economy.

technology of each product component and further directions of its use during
the life cycle.

environmentally sound goods (know-how, pollution control equipment, waste
utilization equipment, consulting etc.).
B.V.
Burkinsky
Transformational changes are to change the size, intensity and speed of inter-
element linkages, which determines the functional change of elements and a
new status of the system.
I.K.

Inter-industry complexes in Ukraine, based on the stable directions of raw
materials and energy flows, include fuel and energy, construction and industry,
engineering, forestry, agroindustry and others. Setting environmentally sound inter-
sectoral linkages on the principles of the transition from fossil fuels to renewable
energy sources, recycling, resource saving and minimizing of environmental damage
can determine priority directions of reallocation of labor and capital. Great attention
should be paid to maintaining the environmental infrastructure of the economy
