The urgent need to increase the energy independence of Ukraine stipulates the
strengthening of the state mechanisms of positive feedback to develop renewable
energy.
Figure 3 certifies that amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning
competitive conditions of electricity from renewable energy sources in recent years
made it possible to solve a number of problems.
