calculations allow us to conclude that the system of statistical reporting indicates
negative changes in all spheres of Ukraine.

the period 2011–2016
However, the interpretation of the obtained results does not allow making positive
conclusions. This means that there is an urgent need to reform existing instruments in
order to ensure the environmental safety of the regions, stabilize the economic situation
and gradually solve social problems.
The Analysis leads to the conclusion that Ukraine's development has such trends
of development:

CONCLUSION
Transition to a new model of the economy can be realized through the
transformational mechanisms of changing its material and energy flows. In the "green"
economy, transformation of existing linkages is provided by change of circulation
directions and move intensity of material and energy flows on the synergy basis. In
Ukraine, it is important to make the transition from the current "green" growth
paradigm of separate sectors to the management of "green" value chains of goods and
services. Taking into account the needs of different population groups should be based
on effective combination of deterrent mechanisms of negative feedback and incentive
mechanisms of positive feedback.
The analysis of the integral indicators gives the potential opportunities to
implement principles of sustainable development, to use environmentally friendly
technologies, to reduce negative environmental impact and encourage resource-saving
