A slight change in the political component of cooperation between the two
countries will lead to a disparity in their strategic partnership (from A to A1), which
will affect the equivalence of other components (B-B1; C-C1; D-D1). There is also a
reciprocal effect: economic, scientific and educational, cultural events can cause
changes in the political component and become a threat to the parity of the security
component of a strategic partnership.
Note that the constituents along the coordinate axis are arranged in accordance
with the force of influence on the security of the strategic partnership.
CONCLUSION
Strategic partnership can be established between countries that are equal in
technology and technology development. The difference level of economic
development of countries creates inequitable trade in goods and, consequently, the
latent economic dependence of the less developed country on the more developed,
which manifests itself in enriching the latter by creating a relatively greater added value
than in the partner country. A prerequisite for the establishment of a strategic
partnership is the presence of common goals in the development of these countries and
the observance of certain principles in mutual relations - transparency, honesty,
openness, and parity. Economic relations between Ukraine and France have historic
historical roots that affect the formation of modern relations between countries, the
nature of mutual relations in the economic sphere, the structure of the flow of goods in
both directions. The assessment of the economic component of strategic relations
between Ukraine and France was carried out taking into account their territorial
equality and historical background of cooperation. The weak side in modern Ukrainian-
French cooperation is a certain imbalance and instability in the trade and economic
sphere. One of the reasons for this course is the underestimation of the historical ties
between Ukraine and France, as well as incomplete analysis of history lessons in
interconnections between cranes for a long period. The parity of the economic
component of the strategic partnership between Ukraine and France can be ensured by
the equivalent technological and status external trade balance; partner exchange of
scientific achievements, jointly developed scientific and educational programs in the
context of the scientific and educational component; development of tourism, joint
sporting and cultural activities within the cultural component. Taking into account the
historical necessity of Ukraine as a strong strategic partner in France, the national
economy needs to increase its technical and technological level to the level of a
strategic partner that will ensure its competitiveness on the world market of goods and
services, economic, political independence and security of the country.
