- a combined strategy. The combined strategy also implies the existence of cooperative
ties between competitors.
The basis for choosing a particular strategy: outsourcing, inforcing or combined
is a SWOT-analysis of the activities of enterprises on the direction of forming a
marketing interaction system. Using SWOT analysis, trends are outlined in relation to
the development of relations with market actors, and the use of any strategy
(outsourcing, inforcing or combined) provides implementation of its scenario
(maintaining the level of relations, raising the level of relations, reducing the level of
relations, termination of the level of relations).
Advantages of using outsourcing are: to receive better quality services at lower
cost, higher level of service; achievement of the specialization effect, concentration,
synergy, innovation potential through interaction and partnership; access to tangible
and intangible assets of partners; better adaptability; accelerating stream processes;
speeding up the formation of value for the client; the ability to control and focus on the
quality performance of internal operations. The disadvantages of using outsourcing are:
the complexity of assessing the competitive level of service during the contract; the
complexity of the distribution of risks and profits under the contract; relaxation of
supplier control; the loss of knowledge and skills associated with the performance of
the transferred functions.
Each year, domestic producers of PCs of both groups produce new types of
products. For the direct production of new assortment products, the work on the new
equipment requires special training of personnel. Therefore, the process of retraining
is particularly acute. Over the last decade, the staffing of the paint and varnish sub-
sector has undergone significant changes. There was a large reduction in the number
of production staff. At the expense of reduction of volumes of production and seasonal
nature of the demand for paint and varnish products, enterprises attract temporary
workers, and their share in the total number of employees makes up more than 10% in
some enterprises. By attracting temporary employees, the company achieves savings
on such expenses as wages, which in turn affects the price of goods. In the current
situation, the process of integration of branch science and universities for training and
retraining of personnel is an important element of management. In the context of the
formation of the MSU, the staffing problem becomes more and more acute, as
counteraction, as well as the promotion of this process by the personnel, is a factor
providing the result.
The above are the results of the first stage of the formation of strategies for
marketing relations - strategies at the level of individual systems within the overall
system of enterprise relations. As it was noted, the next stage - the choice of strategies
at the level of individual subjects of the relationship, which requires the development
of a specific methodology.
