INTRODUCTION
The third volume of the monograph includes 23 sections, each of which is devoted
to a specific problem of national economy’s sustainable development.
The first section “PROTECTION OF IN-DEPTH PARTS OF STRUCTURES IN
THE FLOODED AREAS OF SOUTHERN UKRAINE”. The research considers
issues related to the establishment of causes of regional flooding for the South of
Ukraine (Kherson region as an example), and provides theoretical and practical aspects
of ensuring reliable and long-term operation of foundations and in-depth parts of
structures in the flooded areas.
The second section “REPRESENTATIVE PRACTICES OF THE COSTUME

philosophical approaches to the understanding of the ideological and conceptual
essence of artistic and design activities of design in the period from the late XIX till
XXI century. The importance of these significance and the independent contribution to
the development of both theoretical and practical aspects of modern design are revealed
here. As a result, the philosophical approach is capable of combining different
information and presenting the discipline of the philosophy of design as a separate
branch of science. It can cover the process of studying the essence of the project activity
in a particular chronological or geographical segment of its development.
The fourth section “MYKHAILO SELEZINKA`S ART IN THE CONTEXT OF
