education. With the help of scientific methods of historical, legal and comparative
analysis, the study of the educational vector for the training of lawyers, in particular
lawyers, has been conducted since the first educational institutions of legal education
in the city of Odessa. The results of the study were proposals for reforming the quality
of education of lawyers, in particular lawyers. Proposals are worked out by combining
the theoretical and practical activities of the author of the work.
The seventh section “CRIMINALISTICS IN THE SYSTEM OF THE
CONTEMPORARY EDUCATIONAL PROCESS”. In the work the problems of the
methodology of teaching criminology, which today is very relevant in the light of the
modern development of the science of criminology are analyzed. The attention is paid
to the fact that in connection with the fundamental changes in society, the global
development of the scientific worldview, scientific and technological progress, as well
as the emergence of new independent sciences, the urgent need to review the place of
criminology and the methods of teaching it in the system of lawyers' training is already
urgent. According to the authors, one of the ways to optimize the course of criminology
is to solve interdependent issues as a modern social burden on forensic science and
issues of the functional purpose of its training course, that is, finding its place among
other sciences criminal law cycle, taking into account the latest challenges and trends
of crime prevention practices in Ukraine. Separate attention of researchers is devoted
to separate methodological and psychological aspects of teaching criminology in
modern conditions of the reform of the national system of higher education.
The eighth section “FAMILY DISADVANTAGE AS A FACTOR OF
CRIMINALITY WITHIN JUVENILE”. The family is a model of society at a particular
historical stage of development, reflects its moral and spiritual characteristics. The
family functions on the basis of common life, economic, moral and psychological
structure, education of children, mutual responsibility. It ensures the socialization of
man, the self-realization of personality, protection from problems, promotes the
formation of a person with a well-established behavior. However, families are
conventionally divided into prosperous and disadvantaged, each of which has its own
characteristics and classification. Analyzed the prosperous and disadvantaged family
and the impact of their disadvantage on juvenile delinquency, we will determine that
not every disadvantage generates crime, and vice versa, not every well-off family has
a positive influence on the minor, it is considered necessary to introduce new
definitions for more accurate reflection of the impact of family disadvantage on
juvenile delinquency. Definitions of such concepts as family disadvantage and family
criminogenicity are given.
