specific meanings. Etymological dictionaries of the English language have helped to
reveal the peculiarities of the inner form of the concept «Fashion».
The nineteenth section “ETHICAL AND SPIRITUAL MATURITY OF THE
AUTHOR
AND
THE
CHARACTERS
IN
DRAMATURGY
OF
V. VYNNYCHENKO DURING 1918-1930”. The article is devoted to the study of the
content of basic forms, artistic and ethical functions of categories such as «good»,
«evil» and «spirituality» in dramaturgy of V. Vynnychenko. The research is carried out
from the standpoint of independently defined categories and analysis of the most
important manifestations of kindness and evil of the characters in selected plays and
author, their observations of changes in personal, social interpretations of good, evil
and spirituality to universal changes – according to their ethical and spiritual evolution.
As a result of such work it was found out that V.
Vynnychenko’s dramatic works are
divided into two clearly defined periods (or stages): 1906-1916 and 1918-1930. At the
first stage, when in his plays were prevailed naturalistic and sociological type of
thinking on the one hand and confrontation of the weakened «old» morality and ethics
with uncertain, mostly experimental, principles of so-called «new morality» on the
other hand, we can distinguish three sub-periods (1906-1909, 1910-1913, 1915-1916),
in which the actors were in a phased search for the very essence of good and evil. And
at the second stage, there are two sub-periods (1918-1919, 1922-1930), during which
both the author and the characters of his plays confidently came to realization of
universal values and above all to understand of good and evil, spirituality as the highest
and the most reliable standard of human existence in general.
The twentieth section “THE NOOSPHERIC-INFORMATIONAL PARADIGM
OF EDUCATION – THE BASIS OF SUSTAINABLE AND HARMONIOUS
DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW CIVILIZATION”. Education is studied as a socio-
cultural phenomenon, its place in the spiritual life of society; the article reveals the
essence of spirituality and its multidimensional nature. Attention is focused on the
representation of the education of information civilization as an imperative of the 21st
century; the content of the imperative is formulated. The problematic field of research
reflects the need for a transition in education to its new paradigm that meets the
requirements of the "new Enlightenment", the formation of a qualitatively new spiritual
and moral worldview that meets the requirements of a new civilizational system. The
new paradigm of education is represented; its essence is explicated as a qualitatively
new level of formation of innovative type of thinking of trainees, based on information
resources of the society and contributing on the basis of creative methodology and
achievements of modern science, the formation of a new level of individual and social
intelligence, its humanization. The deterministic components of the new noospheric-
informational educational paradigm are intellectually, objectively and thoroughly
