Given this, strategic partnership in the long run should be closer in its essence to

CONCLUSION
As follows, the preconditions for the development of interregional economic
cooperation between Ukraine and the neighboring countries of the EU in the context
of current political and economic trends are the creation of a model of equal and
effective cooperation between the states, taking into account common interests and
achieving common goals. It is clear that this interaction under current conditions can
not be based only on economic cooperation, especially on current political and
economic tendencies, and it will largely obey the tools of economic interaction and
business interests of economic subjects of Ukraine and neighboring countries for socio-
political, civilian interests, and the principles of intergovernmental cooperation of
democratic countries.
Effective interregional economic cooperation between Ukraine and neighboring
countries, under current conditions, may be oriented towards a comprehensive
relationship between changes in the Ukrainian economy and influence international,
global and regional political and economic trends, internal resources and management
of social obligations that ensure the formation of foundations sustainable development
of the country. The development of such a higher educational establishment can
provide Ukraine with certain competitive advantages and promote economic growth.
