accordingly, with disincentives - the reverse. In our case, stimulants and disincentives

This stage of the methodology can be implemented in two ways: using the 

method of index numbers and the method of rated entities. The last one is inferior in 
accuracy to the method of index numbers. This is due to the fact that the index method 
requires the presence in the sample of all its components for the further calculation of 
its separate contribution to the effective indicator. The method of rated entities, 
although is less accurate, but allows you to operate a part of the indicators in the 
sample.
