at the creation of favorable conditions in the future, we believe it is important to
continuously strengthen the relevant parameters of the country’s economic security.
According to Pasternak-Taranushenko, the national economic security establishes
natural relationships between the security of individuals, groups, regions and the state
as a whole, but does not complement this by links at the industry sectorial level and the
level of economic security of the state becomes the least protected among other
elements of its security system. However, one may argue with this standpoint, since a
threat to an individual cannot be proportionately compared to, for instance, the
indicators of economic development of a country. Every higher level of the system of
national economic security management should develop favorable grounds and
conditions for ensuring the protection of a subject of a lower level of economic security.
