Dynamic analysis of the positions of some countries in the Doing Business rating,
positions of Ukraine and some countries according to the Global Competitiveness
Index and constituent sub-indices, Ukraine's position on Indicators of the Inclusive
Development Index (IDI) and the country's position among indicators of the index of
information and communication technologies development (ICT Development Index).
The components of the Inclusive Development Index (IDI), the Doing Business rating
and global competitiveness sub-indices are characterized. Identified the basic
technologies, tools and innovative trends in the direction of increasing the efficiency
of Ukrainian industry (Block Chain, Fin Tech, Legal Tech, e-ID, Grid, Gov Tech, e
Prescription, e-Democracy, Bio Tech, Nano Tech, Digital-marketing, Tele Health,
Digital-Insurance, Retail Tech). The main strategic directions of formation of
competitive advantages of the country in the modern global economy are described.
The scheme of the national balance of strategic economic development was
constructed. The positive and negative aspects of the methodical toolkit of the priority
indices are revealed and the peculiarities of their further adaptation in Ukrainian
realities are presented.
The fourteenth section “TOURISM LOGISTICS AS PART OF SERVICES
LOGISTICS: PROBLEM OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ON EXAMPLE OF
URBAN TOURISM”. Theory and practice of tourism logistics in the logistics of
services structure are defined. Essence of logistical integrated strategy of sustainable
development of urban tourism, based on two concepts - tourism decentralization and
reverse logistics is outlined. The first concept is based on logistical organization of the
tourist space of the city, which includes such components as: geologistical
(geographical and logistical) identification of the resource base of urban tourism;
logistical planning of tourist flows and determination of their needs; logistical design
of tourist infrastructure; logistical design of supply chains of tourist infrastructure. The
second concept involves an integrated approach to the recycling of the total amount of
urban waste, including tourist one, taking into account their collection and removal
from the city, as well as processing at special enterprises. The experience of Ukrainian
cities of Lviv and Kyiv in this context is considered.
The fifteenth section “CONCEPTION OF FINANCIAL STABILITY:
SYSTEMIC DYNAMIC APPROACH”. We suggest a systemic dynamic approach to
define a financial stability conception and to develop its quantitative description in this
paper. The set of suggested theoretical tools involves conceptions of dynamic financial
equilibrium and financial stability regimes, potentials of financial destabilization for
different types of economic systems. We consider different economic systems at the
micro level, namely nonfinancial corporations, banks, householders, non-bank
financial institutions. In addition, our approach includes consideration of different
economic systems at the macro level: markets of goods and services, financial markets,
