obtain an appropriate level of satisfaction of financial, industrial, organizational and
other requirements or interests of the investor.
The eighteenth section “CARTOGRAPHIC METHOD OF RESEARCH – FROM
MENTALITY AND PRACTICE TO SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH”. The essence of
geographical maps usage peculiarities in scientific and practical research is brought to
light. Technics of map analysis and research which can be conducted by maps are
considered. Factors that impact the accuracy of research are determined, and
perspectives of cartographic method development in a system of other geographical
methods are revealed, in particular the main opportunities of GIS-analysis for goals of
cartographic research method.
The nineteenth section “THE STUDY OF DOCUMENTARY AND
INFORMATION COMMUNICATION OF THE LVIV DEFENSE POLICY OF
JAGIELLONIAN DYNASTY IN THE PERIOD OF ITS PRE-SOURCE
EXISTENCE (ILLUSTRATED BY AN EXAMPLE OF THE ARCHIVAL
SOURCES OF THE CENTRAL STATE HISTORICAL ARCHIVE OF UKRAINE
IN LVIV)”. The documentary and information communication of the Royal
Chancellery of the Jagiellonian dynasty has been investigated in the thesis, namely the
privileges that arose as a result of the activity of the kings in solving the issues of the
defense policy of Lviv. On the basis of privileges, an analysis of the functions that they
performed in the period of their pre-source existencehas been carried out. The analysis
made it possible to systematize the privileges in terms of their content as those that
were granted to restore the city's defense capability, to protect against the attacks of the
Turkish-Tatar troops and to eliminate natural disasters. The examples of privileges of
the Jagiellonian dynasty and the dynamics of their grantinghave alsobeen provided.
The twentieth section “ENSURING OF LABOUR RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES
IN NON-STANDARD FORMS OF EMPLOYMENT”. The article emphasizes that the
use of non-standard forms of employment leads to increased inequality and insecurity
that undermines prospects for economic development, causing a steady decline in the
living standards of employees. This article analyzes the problem of legislative
regulation of relations between employers and employees. Non-standard forms of
employment employment is a heterogeneous concept. It may refer to fixed-term
contracts, on-call work, probationary jobs, leave replacements and sometimes
temporary agency work. The thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical
problems of the formation and development of legislation of Ukraine in the field of
labour rights protection. The problem of property and personal non-property labour
rights of employees with non-standard forms of employment are investigated.
