desired results, it is necessary that you primarily focus on a communicative approach,
which activates the implementation of the main language functions: communication
and cognition, and a constructive approach, considering training to be the process of
self-organization of knowledge.
The twenty-sixth section “PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATIVE
CULTURE OF A PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT TEACHER:
DIAGNOSTICS OF THE FORMATION LEVEL”. The article substantiates and
reveals the structure components of the professional and communicative culture of a
preschool educational establishment teacher, the necessity of including empathic and
ethical-aesthetic components into the structure is proved, the parts and contents of the
communicative component are specified, the criterial apparatus, the results of the
confirmatory stage of the research are presented.
The twenty-seventh section “MEDICAL INFORMATICS EDUCATION
DEVELOPMENT: THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF RESEARCH”. The article
provides the theoretical framework of research into the development of medical
informatics education. The research methods include analysis, synthesis, induction,
deduction, comparison and historical method. The study reveals that terminology of
medical informatics education is hierarchically complex, ambiguous and inconsistent
in usage. It is represented by three umbrella terms used to call a science and education
trend dealing with computerization of medicine and healthcare system. The
development of medical informatics education occurs in such directions as an
academic discipline and a specialty for training medical informatics professionals. In
summary, authors state that medical informatics education is a dynamic pedagogical
phenomenon in the system of higher education. They also present implications of the
results and future reseach directions.
The twenty-eighth section “IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DUAL SYSTEM OF
VOCATIONAL EDUCATION: HISTORY, TRENDS, PERSPECTIVES”. The study
discusses the conceptual foundation, the existing experience, trends and perspectives
of the dual system of professional preparation. The authors analyze the historical
background and origins of both the German and domestic model of vocational
education. The publication presents the existing interpretations, the essential
advantages and the shortcomings of the dual system of vocational education, that
directly concern all three of its subjects – the student, the educational institution and
the employer. The authors take into special account the existing models of the dual
system of vocational education, including the German model of dual and triple
education, a Kazakhstan’s model of corporate consortium, and the elements of the dual
form of vocational training of qualified workers in Ukraine. The authors emphasize the
