The twenty-ninth section “THE ESSENCE OF CARRY OUT ATTITUDE OF
MUSIC-PIANIST”. The article deals with the problem of the formation of executive
attention in students in the process of piano training. The basic scientific approaches to
the definition of the concept of "performance attention" are revealed, the main
characteristics of the performer's attention of the pianist are determined in the context
of various stages of the study of the piano work. The mechanism of action of the
investigated psychic phenomenon is outlined. The theoretical analysis of
psychological, pedagogical and musical-methodical literature on the mentioned
problem was made, which allowed the author to consider the performer's attention of
the pianist as an integral part of the musical-performing process. The algorithm of
deployment of the musical-performing process and the role and place of performing
attention in it are determined. The author emphasizes the enhancement of cognitive
interest in piano performing arts. One of the means of realizing this condition is
determined by the selection of repertoire, which should be mastered by the future
teacher of music, taking into account his preferences, desires and opportunities.The
author emphasizes the necessity of forming executive attention from future specialists
as one of the conditions for the success of their further musical and performing
activities.
The thirteenth section “DIDACTIC TRIADAS “LEARNING – TEACHING –
MANAGEMENT” IN THE CONTEXT OF REALIZATION IN THE
EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF INNOVATIVE AUTHOR’S NOVATIONS”. The
study of the educational process is carried out with an emphasis on the fields of activity
of those who study and those who teach. Determining the types of activity of
participants in the educational process served to form the didactic triad "learning -
teaching - management". In the first section of the scientific work, the essence of each
of the components of the didactic triad is revealed and their interdependence is
substantiated. The second chapter presents the essence of innovative authorial
innovations, which concern: teaching (the meaning and implementation of the
"interagency integration" approach); management (the content and practical
application of the "eco-differentiation approach" are disclosed); learning (the model of
the general table-matrix of the educational process is presented in compliance with the
triad "learning - teaching-management" and the derivative didactic work, in particular
the various table-matrixes of the organization of the educational process. The results
of the research confirm that the introduction of innovational author innovations in the
educational process has contributed significantly an increase in the indicators of
effective self-realization of those who study and those who teach.
