detection of such concepts as integration/non-integration of author`s digressions in the
literary English prose. Integrated and non-integrated types of author`s digressions into
literary space of the text have been distinguished based on interpretative-textual and
compositional analysis.
The thirty-fourth section “ETHICAL POLITICAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF
“COLLECTIVE MISCONDUCT” AND “COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY”:
EXPERIENCE OF POST NATIONAL SOCIALISTIC GERMANY”. The scientific
publication analyzed the problem of human misconduct in the world, which turned into
one of the most urgent problems of philosophical discourse of the XXI century. On the
basis of the study of the consequences of the Second World War for the German nation
as a whole, it was found that collective guilt is a complex and ambiguous phenomenon.
It is noted that in addition to political guilt, there is always a metaphysical one that
arises as a result of the solidarity of individuals and their shared responsibility for
injustice. After all, the individual always is a witness and a participant in a certain
historical situation, and it is in it that he reveals his essence and at the same time learns
himself. The emphasis is on the importance of understanding the cause, specificity and
peculiarity of making a particular decision as an individual and an entire nation, which
is a very difficult issue. The complex mechanism of non-recognition by the German
nation of its own responsibility for Nazism and the formation of the opposite image of
the weak victim of manipulation is analyzed. It is proved that modern philosophical
ideas help to critically and systematically comprehend the historical and political
reality in the dialectical unity and diversity of all spheres, connections and relationships
of human life.
The thirty-fifth section “OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF ADSORPTIVE
HEAT CONVERSION UNITS IN HEAT SUPPLY SYSTEM”. In this article
operating characteristics of adsorptive heat conversion units in heat supply system were
studied. Algorithm for calculation of operational parameters of close-type heat storage
device is suggested. The key factors affected efficiency coefficients of close-type heat
storage units were analysed. The area of improvement of performance of heat storage
devices is stated. Optimal operational parameters for heat storage devices based on
composite sorbent ‘silica gel – sodium sulphate’ are estimated as vapor-air flow rate
speed of 0.2 – 0.6 m/s and relative humidity of 40 - 60% at heights of adsorbent layer
0.25 – 0.5 m. Optimal water mass supply is stated to be conform with amount delivered
with humid air to inlet of the adsorbent layer. Design of adsorptive heat pump is
suggested.
The thirty-sixth section “THE PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE OF
BIMETALLIC TUBE ELEMENTS FROM DIFFERENT METALS BY DRAWING
