Unlike Odesa region, the Mykolaiv region — according to the rating of tough 

factors takes the tenth place (with an index 1.398), and behind group soft near Kherson 
— nineteenth (index 1.263) the place. Low indicators of indexes at the level of 1.336 
and 1.197 points (the 21st and 23rd places) respectively are characteristic of the last.
