for 2009), their volumes, since 2013. Began to be reduced; 3) in distribution of 
investments on regions of the country excessive differentiation remains. Investments it 
is generally concentrated in economically developed regions where there is possibility 
of fasting payback of such investments. Regions with high concentration of the heavy 
industry and regions with a recreational potential concern them; 4) difficult process of 
entry of the foreign investments into the country, low trust to stability of government 
decisions, lack of effective reforms, intervention of the government in work of private 
business, the high level of corruption and considerable administrative obstacles for 
development of investment activities is basic reasons of insufficient investment activity 
in regions of Ukraine; disinterest of local authorities in certain regions in fast and free 
passing of the allowing documents accompanying implementation of the investment 
project; the military conflict in the east of Ukraine. Thus, a necessary condition of 
stable development of economy in regions and ensuring high-quality economic growth 
in the country is the high investment activity, is reached not only by increase in the 
realized investment resources, but also due to their effective use in priority sectors of 
economy.
