analysis of modern approaches to calculation and increase of efficiency of production
of bimetallic tubular elements in machine-building production at the expense of
development and justification of process of drawing with refinement of dissimilar sheet
metals and alloys is proved. The results of experimental studies and the analysis of the
stress-strain state of the joint process of drawing with thinning of dissimilar metals and
alloys of the individual sheet workpieces in a heated state with the use of modern
CAD/CAE system DEFORM-3D.
The thirty-seventh “MOBILE ROBOTS OF ARBITRARY ORIENTATION:
DESIGN AND MODELLING”. The work is devoted to the design and mathematical
modeling of mobile robots with the ability of an arbitrary orientation in the
technological space. The paper proposes three basic principles for the synthesis of
mobile robots: the accumulation and conversion of energy, the integration of motion
drives and the use of a generator of reactive pneumatic traction. These technical
solutions allow robots to navigate on surfaces of arbitrary orientation in different
coordinate systems. The implementation of these principles contributes to reducing the
total power of the drives and increasing the reliability of holding robots on the surface
of arbitrary orientation in the technological space. The results of mathematical
modelling of constructive and technological parameters of mobile robots are described.

The main direction of food industry development should be a working-out on a
scientific basis of high-quality and inexpensive food products and their introduction
into production. The solution lays in using environmentally friendly raw materials
grown near canning plants, as well as in the application of modern technologies for
their processing.
The thirty-ninth section “PLANNING THE NEEDS AND INVENTORY OF
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL WORKERS”. In
production, one of the most important preventive measures for avoidance of
occupational injuries and accidents, with the possibility of a complete cessation of the
influence of hazardous and harmful production factors exceeding in the significance
both organizational and technical measures, should be the use of personal protective
equipment (PPE), special clothing and special footwear. It is proposed to make an
inventory of overalls and other personal protective equipment in view of the stochastic
nature of the PPE "movement" at the production sites of organizations, enterprises and
the occasional request, with the optimization of their required number and
replenishment in accordance with the actual requirement on request.
