wide use of the forces and means of cognitive, psychological, information,
cybernetic, economic, energy and other types of impact. Achievement of strategic,
large-scale consequences by small forces and insignificant means;
the information impact on society (population) plays a vital role in order to form
its preferential behavior;
more and more challenges will be associated with cyberspace. The number of
actions of information, psychological and cybernetic operations coordinated with
respect to goals, tasks, place and time, which gives a synergistic effect, is increasing
[39]. Irregular actors use widely the cyberspace opportunities to conduct integrated
multidimentional operations, to provide communication and coordinate efforts, to
control and manage, to collect data, as well as for financing, promotion, recruitment
and training of new members, etc.
The main characteristics of armed confrontation are:
the growth of asymmetry in the nature of confrontation; remote combat operations
using the latest high-tech weapons systems;
the absence of a continuous line of combat contact between troops; a nonlinear,
expanded battlefield with blurred boundaries between the front and rear; the actions of
