To prevent or reduce civilian casualties is possible due to automation of the means
of armed confrontation used by regular military formations, improvement of
management procedures, situational unification of available reconnaissance
capabilities, fire (kinetic) and non-fire (information, electronic, etc.) destruction,
robotic (unmanned) military equipment in SITSAS.
The main task of the SITSAS synthesis in order to prevent (minimize) civilian
casualties should be to ensure the coordinated in space and synchronized operation of
the elements of the system (taking into account their characteristics, features and
capabilities) in qualitative target acquisition, the correct choice of order and means of
impact on the objectives (objects of destruction) and with a minimum time delay
between the appearance of targets in the zones of a safe for civilian population of their
high-precision destruction.
