directly influences the formation of the students’ world-view culture, encourages the
development of such socially valuable personal qualities as: tolerance, national
impartiality, benevolence, honesty, and justice.
The system of skills of effective professional communication of a specialist in the
tourism industry includes: the ability to easily and quickly establish contact in the
process of communication, be flexible and well-mannered, tactful and emotionally
stable, use verbal and nonverbal means of communication, appropriate jokes and
humor, the ability to comply with the language etiquette, to argue your point of view,
etc.
There are certain traits and personal qualities that make up a model employee
behavior, characterized by a high level of operational readiness for effective
professional communication. Such an employee:

is predisposed to active discussion and resolution of issues that arise;

effectiveness of communication. Intensive foreign language training in the process of
