skills of efficient using foreign languages to overcome the possible difficulties in
professional interaction. It is also highly recommended to adhere to the principles of
competency-based training of professionally oriented foreign languages to develop the
appropriate students’ competences, and comply with the rules of cross-cultural
communication in international tourism and economics.
Eventually, there is an emotional element, an integral part of any communication,
whose impact on the effectiveness, that is, accomplishing the main objectives of
professional communication can hardly be denied. The subtleties of the emotional
component of effective professional communication in tourism and economics could
be the subject of further scientific research.
