tasks and a variety of methods. This principle is based on the psychological state of
distraction in the absence of new impressions of the object of attention. On this
occasion, we will recall the statement of psychologist S. Rubinstein that focusing
attention is not stopping thoughts at one point, but moving in a single direction.
A similar statement about the sustainability of the pianist's performance is found
in S.Savyshynsky, which convincingly suggests that "stability should not be frozen ...
it must be combined with mobility, that is, with the ability to shift the focus of attention
from one side of the observed phenomenon to another, from one quality to others" [6,
227]. Therefore, it is important for the performer to be not only "disconnected" from
the surrounding, but first of all to observe, see, hear and feel the finest changes in the
object of attention, avoiding monotony and monotony during work.
It is precisely in the absence of sustainability of attention, which leads to the ease
of distraction on the outside thoughts and stimuli, V. Petrushin sees the very first reason
for inattention to execution. In his opinion, such parameters of the attention of the
performer as stability, distribution and switching are closely related to the individual
characteristics of the organization of the human nervous system (temperament, level
of development of volitional qualities, typological peculiarities), its abilities, and with
the experience of work, the degree of trenirovannosti musically -executional activity.
Accordingly, the author emphasizes that individuals with a strong nervous system,
which is affected by the endurance of nerve cells, are capable of long-term preservation
of the intensity of attention, that is, stability. Side stimuli for them are only an
additional stimulating factor for increasing attention. Among the factors contributing
to the sustainability of attention, regardless of the features of the nervous system are
called: interest in the material, its connection with needs; understanding and difficulty
of the activity being performed, comfortable conditions of performance and mental
state of the individual.
The degree of concentration in the process of concert performance or rehearsal
work ensures the concentration of the performer, which is related to its stability and
depends on the same conditions that determine the latter. Concentration is the
concentration of attention on an object, which expresses the intensity of
communication with it. Its main indicator is the focus, in which the psychic or
conscious activity is collected. The aforementioned successfully describes N.
Golubovska in the article "The work of a pianist" from the book "Dialogues. Selected
Articles ", emphasizing that any work should have a single focus that can not physically
be sprayed. "Know the center of your attention - the main condition of work" [7].
Touching on the issues of executive attention, its types and mechanisms of action,
A. Birmak stressed that "the artistic work on the musical work - the phrase, the sound,
the pedal – everything requires an arbitrary concentration of attention. Without it, it is
