of Ukraine on two groups of dairy cows-analogues of Ukrainian black-and-white milk
of different degrees of Holstnization by the method of group-periods.
The registration of physiological parameters of the cow body was carried out
using the MilCon HM ™ electronic system with an identification unit based on nerve
straps transponders that combine the functions of identification, recording of motor and
chewing activity of animals, and automatic transfer of accumulated data to a computer
using infra-red technologies.
In accordance with the experimental scheme (Table 1), 17 pairs of analogue cows
were formed according to the following parameters: lactation (full compliance),
lactation day (divergence - no more than 10 days), and daily expectations at the time
of the formation of par-analogues (differences between analogues not more than
1,5 %).

During the equalization period of 7 days, all cows received a diet (Table 2), in the
preparation of which roughage was fed to the bulk carrier-shredder-mixer through the
slasher (the mechanism of additional grinding feed), configured for maximum
grinding. It is in this way that the daily use of the feeder-shredder-mixer feed on the
farm takes place.
During 7 days of the first experimental period, the cows of the first experimental
group received, according to composition, the same diet, but during loading of the
components of the diet, the slusher was not included and all feed was only partially
grounded with knives of the self-loading cutter of the feeder-shredder-mixer. Animals
experimental group N 2 continued to receive an unchanging diet with maximum
grinding of coarse components on the slash.
During 7 days of the 2nd experimental period, cows of the 1st experimental group
were again transferred to a diet with a maximum grinding of roughage, while analogues
of the 2nd group received a feed mixture with an increased content of particles of
optimal size (higher potential of "effective" fiber) by disabling the slasher in the
process of loading the components of the diet.
To control the differences in the structure of feed mixtures (economic - with a
maximum grinding of roughage and experimental - with "crush" coarse fodders), used
a daily sifting of the average sample from each "mixing" of the produced feed mixture
